We were pleased with the clean and modern room that had comfortable double beds, and the proximity to nearby restaurants was convenient.

The room I got was clean and updated, complete with about a 20 minute notice and the refrigerator, for instance, enjoyed it.

The location was particularly good and prime, just off the Billy Graham Library and airport as well as Downtown Charlotte, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. Furthermore, near restaurants. The room was spotless with private bathroom. A handy kitchenette allowed us to prepare our own meals.

The rooms with double beds are good and comfy. The location is close enough to Downtown Charlotte, Uptown, and restaurants. It is also close to the airport.

The hotel was recently refurbished and exceptionally comfortable. It is set in a fairly nice area, very close to a store nearby, the airport, and Charlotte. The location was favorable and absolutely perfect - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The room with double queen beds was clean and great.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Charlotte and had a wonderful experience. The location was great, with easy access to various nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom which was spotless. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met. the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day off right. The view from my room was beautiful, overlooking an antique street. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-call shuttle ride, which made transportation a breeze.

That smoking was not allowed in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for smokers.

Heat pump started making a racket on the second night. Sometimes it would work OK and sometimes it was awful. In the morning a man came to look at it. He seemed to have a good attitude. We told him we were about to leave so he agreed to check it out later.
